At Working Planet, we’re a group of smart, dedicated folks who like each other and our work. And we are serious about our work. Our goal is to be the best agency we can be in producing profitable customer acquisition for our clients. We think solving this problem is one of the most interesting puzzles in business, and we like puzzles.
That being said, we’re casual about anything unrelated to the goal of creating profits for clients. We don’t have much of a dress code (however, if dressing up improves your performance, then go for it), and dogs are known to wander around the office.
We think transparency is good in an agency, and not only for our clients. We back that up with practicing Open Book Management, in which we run through our own P&L every Friday with the whole company. Over beer. We want everyone to know what they contribute to the bottom line, as this reinforces how we think about our clients and their advertising.
